Questions, answered
Which number do customers message?
A dedicated booking number that SwiftForm answers. A second SIM in your current phone is the simplest. Your personal WhatsApp stays exactly as it is.
Can I still reply myself?
Yes. Every conversation is in your SwiftForm inbox, on your phone or computer, and when you reply there SwiftForm steps back so it never talks over you.
How long does setup take?
About 20 minutes once you have a number that is not on WhatsApp yet (a second SIM works): you create an account, connect WhatsApp through Facebook, add a card for WhatsApp's message fees in WhatsApp Manager, and start your subscription. Your services and booking menu are set up for your trade automatically.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They message you on WhatsApp exactly as they do today. There is no app, no link and no form to fill in.
Can I cancel?
Yes — any time, from your dashboard. You pay R249 a month, and nothing is locked in.
What is the founding price?
The first 20 businesses to join pay R249 a month instead of R499, and we hold that price for your first 12 months. It is a promise from us, not a contract from you: you can cancel in any month and owe nothing more. Once the founding seats are gone, everyone pays R499.
Is there anything else to pay?
From 1 October 2026 WhatsApp charges about 12 cents for each automated reply the assistant sends, billed to you by Meta on the card you add in WhatsApp Manager. A typical one-person business sees R2 to R6 a day. Your dashboard shows the running total so it is never a surprise.
